Heat-resistant steel castings can be further dust of different kinds, and is heat-resistant steel material as the distinction is based, thus making the properties of castings have different performance. If want to know, then, may wish to continue to look down.
One is pearlitic heat-resistant steel castings, material chromium, molybdenum mainly due to the type of steel with good high temperature strength and process performance in the 500 ~ 600 ℃, it is widely used to produce resistance below 600 ℃ hot parts, the more common steel boiler, turbine impeller, rotor, fasteners and a number of pressure vessels, piping, etc.
One is martensitic steel castings, its chromium content is generally 7 to 13%, below about 650 ℃ can have high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance to moisture. However, since the weldability is poor, so that the application of the casting is limited. Another ferritic steel, which is characterized by containing more elements chromium, aluminum, silicon, and therefore has the ability to good oxidation resistance and high temperature gas corrosion. But the high temperature strength low temperature brittleness, poor welding, heat-resistant steel castings are rarely applied.
